The Unit Circle
Abstract
This activity builds upon the previous two activities to develop the values of the sin and cos function for 16 special angles. Students are expected to be familiar with the trigonometric definitions of sin and cos and to know properties of the 45◦ − 45◦ − 90◦ triangle and the 30◦ − 60◦ − 90◦ triangle.
